If not significantly weakend in the early-mid game they will quickly spiral out of control when they get acces to Obersoldaten en Panthers. The kubel is only good for capping and flanking squads that are occupied dealing with volksgrenadiers. The sturmpioneer needs to microd precisly as to not lose half of its models on the approach. Volksgrenadiers are crappy compared to the allied counterparts, save for maybe the conscript. While the faction is the most fun in my opinion (apart from the at gun being locked out if you want the mg and vice version) this faction requires alot more skill. You need to be constantly up close and personal while ADD clicking your units in the right posistions, and using their many key abilities. The faction relies on hard hitting flanks and strong assaults, which require the most micromanagement. While USF has a strong early game due to the power of their expensive riflemen when they can close the gap, every stage of the game its USF which requires the most micro. īut after you get higher up, you have to play soviet or OST, circle around VP and don't over extend.
